A pupil of Donato Renzetti, he brilliantly graduated in Conducting at the Post-graduate High School of Pescara also attending the Course of Opera. He studied composition and in 2005 he graduated with honors in Direction and Composition for wind orchestra at the Music Conservatory "G. Verdi" in Milan.
After doing a lot of concerts in the role of trumpet player, he devoted himself to conducting appealing to the public and critics.
He is conductor and coordinator of CE.S.M. – Musical Studies Centre of the town of Treviglio – music school linked with the activities of the Musical Group town of Treviglio and within the activities of this school has been created a chamber music ensemble which makes a lot of concerts. Since 2003 he is art director of the Music Season of Filodrammatici Theather in Treviglio, sponsored by the Culture Committee.

Paolo Belloli is collaborating with internationally renowned soloists including Gabriele Cassone, Fabrizio Meloni, Suela Mullaj, Guido Corti, Antal Szalai, Letizia Belmondo, Mario Carbotta, Francesco Attesti, Adriana Fernandez, Annika Kaschenz, Simona Bertini, Andrea Dieci, Andrea Giuffredi, Gianluca Littera, Francesco Tamiati and others, conducting concerts in music seasons, and festivals nationwide.
His symphonic, choral-symphonic and Opera musical repertoire ranges from baroque to the early twentieth century. He organized Autumn Concerts for AVIS Association of Bergamo and, in the month of June 2006, debuted at the Donizetti Theatre in Bergamo during the celebrations for the 70th of Avis Association's founding and the 10th anniversary of M° G. Gavazzeni's death. He made his debut in Opera conducting La Boheme by G. Puccini in Bergamo and has to his credit the productions of La Traviata, Rigoletto by G. Verdi, Carmina Burana by C. Orff. He has worked with the Civic Wind Orchestra of Milan in 2005-06. In February 2008 he conducted the Requiem Mass by Giuseppe Verdi with the Cantelli Orchestra and Symphonic Choir Opera "G. Verdi" in Milan.
On several occasions the critics has stated that: "... an authoritative hand... whole communication... total personal impression of youthful ardor and burning passion... he has supported the wire conductor with the drama... he imposed himself for confidence, technical and appropriate interpretive fervour... the leading movement of the Maestro is always subordinate to the musical concept, the signals to the orchestral groups and soloists are very precise and the beauty of phrasing aroused the enthusiasm of the orchestra and the public.
His composition "Trivilium" was premiered by the Italian National Police concert band, and was chosen as a compulsory piece at the International Competition of Strasbourg and the International Band Competition 2010 Vallee d'Aoste.
He, also, is the artistic director of the project "Giovaninbanda" organized by ANBIMA Piedmont Association for the occasion of initiatives in TURIN 2010 European Youth Capital. In 2010 he was the artistic and musical Director of Municipal Band of Soncino (CR). Since 2009 collaborates with the Italian Philharmonic Orchestra and from 2011 he has been appointed as main conductor. In July 2011 he made his debut as conductor with the orchestra of "I Pomeriggi Musicali" in Milan.
Since November 2011 is the principal conductor of the Under13 Orchestra.
He collaborates as composer with Wicky Publishing House in Milan. He is also involved in teaching and is often referred to as a teacher for the training of young people in activities to create orchestral concerts and projects at regional and national levels.
Paolo Belloli is very involved in musical formation and divulgation activities as seminary teacher for interpretation and technical direction.
